Once
this information is
e-mailed I will be able
to outline
the trip for you within 48 hours, and quote a price without going into
further detail for the moment.
Once you have approved the quote, which doesn't commit you to taking the
trip, we can then move onto step two. It is also fine to add or subtract
days to suit your travel goals at any time.
Step
two is for me to compile the itinerary best suited to your wants and
desires. To accomplish this I will most likely request a little more
detail, and then the rest will be in my hands.
Important:
Please note that I do not have the resources to freely assemble
itineraries unless you are completely serious about possible travel with
Travel Designs. To this end a non-refundable $250 deposit is required
before moving to step two,
but is applied to your total cost if you take the trip.

I also accept credit card
payments over the phone or via e-mail and fax. Checks also accepted.
Notes:
- Most of my clients book their air tickets locally, and thus your quote
will not include air-fare unless requested. - All clients are met in the
gateway city of the given destination unless I'm requested to do
otherwise.

I lead all trips myself except for the larger
groups when I will bring along an assistant/s.
- I welcome requests to change the dates or itinerary etcetera,
at any time.
